No Monetary Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds on any products purchased through our Site.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange. All exchange requests must be made within [4] days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
