By accessing our website (hereinafter referred to as “Site”, “Umisum Atelier“, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“you”, “End User”, “Buyer”, or “Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using our Site or placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of this Site and purchase of products (“Goods”, “Products”, or “Services”) from us is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Site in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

  • An order is accepted once you receive a confirmation email or confirmation window after checkout, including a system-generated order number.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, technical errors, suspicious order history, defective products, incorrect information, pricing issues, or declined payment.
  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed or shipped.
  • We may cancel your order if we cannot process payment, or if items are out of stock, without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made via the payment methods available on the Site.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, the maximum order value allowed is PKR 30,000 (or local equivalent).
  • The minimum order value for delivery is PKR 1,000. Orders below this amount will not be processed.
  • Customers within Pakistan can pay on delivery for orders up to PKR 30,000. Above this, advance payment is required.
  • For custom stitching orders, 50% advance payment is mandatory.
  • International orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed.

Normal Days Delivery Estimate:

  • Local: 3 - 6 working days
  • International: 8 - 15 working days

Sales Days Delivery Estimate:

  • Local: 4 - 14 working days
  • International: 10 - 14 working days

We strive for timely delivery but shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our control such as acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
